Assembly

Assemble the kit from 8506 quality parts according to the clear instructions. In addition to the classic parts, you will also find special parts in the package - for example, heavy metal ones for counterbalancing purposes or axes with carbon for greater durability.

Quality

The crane is of high quality and robustly processed to be able to lift even heavier loads. On the swivel tower you will find the main arm, the extendable secondary arm and the belay arm. All parts of the crane can be controlled remotely.

Remote control

To operate the model you need a smartphone and the MK+ app installed, which you can download via the QR code on this description or via the QR code on the box. The app is available on Google play or directly from the website. This is a brand new app that you can use to control all parts of the crane without having to switch modules on the crane.

Switching the app to English

The app is in Chinese as standard after installation. For better orientation, we recommend switching it to English according to the instructions in the picture.

Application functionality

With the MK+ app, you can control all parts of the crane without having to physically switch between them.

Drive

Before you use the boom and lift loads, you must first arrive at the site. This is taken care of by motors connected to battery boxes and integrated batteries. These boxes power the entire crane and can be charged with the included cable. A total of 7 axles turn, so you can drive reliably through the terrain and get to the site. You can then extend the support legs and dig them into the ground.

Rotating tower

The whole tower, on which the arm is located, is rotatable. There are counterweights at the rear of the tower to prevent one side of the tower from tipping over and becoming overloaded. There is also a rope attached to it which leads to the belay arm and maintains stability. However, to make the model as close to a real crane as possible, there is also a cab and other details on the tower that enhance its appearance. 

Extendable arms

You can raise the main arm up and extend the secondary arm out of it. The total height of the kit with the maximum extended arm is 160 cm. In addition, the crane also has an important belay arm, which you should open, extend and tension the rope leading from the tower before lifting the load. The belay arm will keep the main arm stable and ready for the load. In addition to the arms, you can of course control the main rope with the hook for lifting the load.
